Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard!

Here are three tips discussed in this video to get you started:

1. Try to only keep foods on hand that need to be COOKED (this prevents boredom munching!)
2. Cut and wash vegetables right after your bring them home from the grocery store and keep them at eye level in the fridge.
3. Steam veggies OUT of water to retain their nutrients.
