    I love this video because I always believed it was the cardio that caused EPOC to last longer, not the resistance training. This video has strengthened my commitment to make sure I strength train 3x per week. I prefer a full body workout with compound exercises so that I am making the most of my time at the gym. Thanks Tanessa! I love your videos. Excellent info and the perfect length! Take care 🙂
